We ship worldwide from regional fulfilment centres. US orders ship from Kentucky via USPS/UPS. UK and European orders ship from Spain, Belgium or Asia with prices VAT inclusive and customs duties covered. Canadian orders ship via FedEx and Australian orders ship from Perth or Asia. Customs duties are included, so there are no surprise fees.
Contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return or exchange. Since custom kits are made specifically from your photo, custom returns are accepted when there is a defect or error in the kit, and we will make it right.

The 24-color kit is a relaxed weekend project. 36 colors adds about 6 hours of painting; 48 colors adds about 12. That is the most detail and the most hours of calm.
