Orders to the Rest of World:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs charges, the package may be returned or destroyed, and we may not be able to issue a refund.

9.1 Delayed Shipments

9.2 Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
For orders with insured shipping, we will replace lost packages at no additional cost. For orders without insured shipping, we will assist where possible but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
If you realise you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at contact@tinycraft.co. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the destination.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
10. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses for US orders. Delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order (e.g., update the address, add items), please contact us at contact@tinycraft.co within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
