Shipping Policy

At Tiny Craft LLC ("Tinycraft", "we", "us", "our"), we're committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and related procedures.

1. Where We Ship

We ship worldwide to most countries. Some remote locations or countries with import restrictions may have limited shipping options or may not be serviceable.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@tinycraft.co and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

2. Shipping Origins and Delivery Times

To ensure fast delivery, we ship from multiple fulfilment centres around the world:

  • United States: Ships from Kentucky, USA. Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.
  • United Kingdom: Ships from Spain, Belgium, or Asia. Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.
  • Europe: Ships from Spain, Belgium, or Asia. Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.
  • Canada: Ships from Asia via FedEx Canada. Estimated delivery: 4–9 business days.
  • Australia: Ships from Perth or Asia. Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.
  • Asia: Ships from Asia. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
  • Rest of World: Ships from Asia. Estimated delivery: 4–12 business days.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped
  • Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, and factors beyond our control

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are significant delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Free shipping thresholds and eligibility are displayed on our website and at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders to the following regions include VAT and customs duties:

  • United Kingdom
  • Europe (EU countries)
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Asia

For these regions, you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Orders to the Rest of World:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs charges, the package may be returned or destroyed, and we may not be able to issue a refund.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided.

Tracking Updates:

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us.

7. Insured Shipping

We offer insured shipping at checkout for added peace of mind. When insured shipping is selected:

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date
  • We may require documentation or a signed statement

If you did not select insured shipping, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility.

8. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Local postal services

The carrier used depends on your location and the shipping method selected. We reserve the right to choose the carrier for each shipment.

9. Delivery Issues

9.1 Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

  • Check your tracking information for updates
  • Check with neighbours or building management
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Contact us at contact@tinycraft.co if the issue persists

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

9.2 Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbours, building management, or household members
  • Contact the carrier to file a claim
  • Contact us at contact@tinycraft.co

For orders with insured shipping, we will replace lost packages at no additional cost. For orders without insured shipping, we will assist where possible but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

9.3 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@tinycraft.co
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

9.4 Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

If you realise you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at contact@tinycraft.co. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the destination.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

10. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses for US orders. Delivery times may be longer for these addresses.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order (e.g., update the address, add items), please contact us at contact@tinycraft.co within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

12. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed after carrier attempts

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

If the package is not claimed within 30 days of return, we may dispose of the items without refund.
