14.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at contact@tinycraft.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
14.2 Arbitration Agreement
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Tiny Craft LLC agree to resolve any claims through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, or another mutually agreed location.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND TINY CRAFT LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims for intellectual property infringement or claims that may be brought in small claims court.
